The Partnership
Contact
Use the secure contact form to reach the Mississippi Municipal Revenue Partnership.
Membership
Individuals and municipalities join through the membership route, which is described on its own page. Applications are open. Join the Partnership sets out the statement of support and carries the live application form.
Municipal resolutions
A municipal resolution is a separate route from an individual membership. A city or town becomes a Member Municipality when its governing authority adopts a resolution supporting the Partnership's policy position, and the municipality is published only after the resolution is received, reviewed, and approved.
The model resolution is published as a draft, pending Steering Committee review. Once a governing authority has adopted it in an open meeting, email the adopted, executed resolution as a PDF to resolutions@msrevenuepartnership.org. You receive an acknowledgment, an administrator reviews and uploads the verified document, and the municipality appears in the member directory with a public link to the resolution. The full route is set out on the Join page, and questions can go to (228) 338-6695 or through the form above.
Privacy notice
When you contact the Partnership or apply for membership, the Partnership records only what is needed to answer you and to administer membership: your name, organization, title, email address, telephone number, and the subject and content of your message or application.
Contact information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not published in any public listing unless you have given affirmative consent to public display, and consent is recorded with the record. Membership is nonfinancial.
How to correct or delete your contact information
- Use the secure contact form and say whether you are asking for a correction or a deletion.
- Identify the record: the name, municipality or organization, and email address you gave when you contacted the Partnership.
- A Partnership administrator applies the documented correction or deletion process to that record. Corrections are applied to the stored contact fields; a deletion removes the contact record from the Partnership's working records.
- Every correction and deletion is recorded as an administrative action, so the change itself can be verified later.
Withdrawing consent to public display is handled the same way, through the secure contact form. A published municipal resolution is a public record of the governing authority's action and is governed by that record, not by an individual contact preference.
